There is more than one way to do multihoming starting with
the techniques that are currently used for IPv4.
I doubt we will ever get to a single way - different sites and
different ISPs are likely to make different tradeoffs in different cases.
There was a multihoming for IPv6 BoF in San Diego (multi6)
and the IESG and IAB are looking at chartering a WG in this area.
