Yes, we did add a code point to ICMP Destination Unreachable for
"beyond scope of source address" (Code 2). However, just now when
I went to look for it, I discovered that the ICMPv6 update ID in which
that code point was added has timed out of the ID directory. Ooops.

"admin prohibited" is Code 1.
