Dave Thaler and I just submitted an individual draft that
describes a mechanism for allowing hosts to be members of anycast
groups. It is available via the web at
ftp://standards.nortelnetworks.com/ipv6/draft-haberman-ipngwg-host-anycast-00.txt
Comments should be addressed to the authors or the mailing list. A
supporting anycast services draft is in the works.
