Glenn,
This chair has no objection to discussing, on this list, IPv6-specific
techniques or mechanisms for foiling denial-of-service attacks. If
the discussion becomes too voluminous or wanders far from IPv6
relevance, we can then think about where best to move it.
On the other hand, if there is already another list perfectly suited
to such a discussion, it would make sense to take it there now. If
you do that, please send to this list a pointer, so those who are
interested in the topic can subscribe to that other list.
