If I understand correctly, you will also be adding another
restriction to the definition of "site" -- specifically that
the routing structure of site (and/or a link) must be
"convex". That is to say that the shortest routing path
between two nodes within the site must stay entirely within
the site.
This restriction is required in order for the packet sending
rules defined in the scoping architecture to be correct.
Right?
