In section 2.4 Address Type Representation of IPv6
Addressing RFC
I see a pattern in the address prefixes. Many of them
have their equivalent "bitwise nots" as other prefixes. Is there some
reason behind assigning it this way. I am curious to know how these
prefix ranges were chosen and why they are, the way they are currently assigned.
