what should happen with set/getsockopt(IPV6_CHECKSUM) on ICMPv6 socket?
2292bis-02 says as follows,
> An attempt to set IPV6_CHECKSUM for an ICMPv6 socket will fail.
therefore, setsockopt(IPV6_CHECKSUM) on ICMPv6 socket will fail, but
with what error code? (EINVAL? EOPNOTSUPP?)
what should happen for getsockopt(IPV6_ICMPV6) on ICMPv6 socket?
- always return 2?
- raise error (error code?)
