As a general point, I do not think that end-node applications care much
about what happens to flow labels in the network. They rather care of a
certain service from the network. 

If a flow Setup and flow processing for a certain service is defined and
implemented to keep flow labels constant, then it will do that. I do not
understand the trust problem.
