IMSI is very unique, but alas very private. That should never be shown outside the 
mobile network. (IMSI=International Mobile Subscriber Identification, if I remember 
correctly.)

=> Yeah, IMSI identifies users/subscribers, so it's
definitely not a good idea to put it into the IP
address.
