Misconfigured MTAs sending error messages to the 'To' address (the ipng
distribution address) instead of the 'From' address.
Unless people wish to fake unsubscribes for the problematic addresses, the
loop will continue until US business hours when (hopefully) the Sun
administrators of the ipng list will notice.
