Hi, 

IMO, it is possible in theory, however, it is impossible in practice. 
  - anycast is implemented by Routing System, so it is a very very difficult task to 
Routeing System.
  - how to grantd that there is not deadlock?
  - it is time consuming to implement by this mean.
