If I understand you correctly, you are suggesting that DAD has a problem with 802.11. Perhaps it is best if you 2461 that are problematic. With regards to the Node Requirements draft, I don't think there is any is anything we can put into that document, as the requirement is meant to detail current requirements, with regards to existing RFCs.
