Hi,
I support adopting this document. I think we need to have a PQ-secure solution
in IPsec.
I'd like to see it generic enough and not limiting to QKD technology only. I'd
also like
to have IKE SA to be protected, as well as Child SAs, so that this solution can
be used
in cases when sensitive data is transferred over IKE SA (like in G-IKEv2).
I think the draft is a good starting point, which by no means excludes
collaborations
with authors of draft-nagayama-ipsecme-ipsec-with-qkd (or with others) during
the work on this document (if it is adopted).

At IETF 95 the chairs took an action to issue a call for adoption on draft-fluhrer-qr-ikev2-01 based on WG interest in
the concept described by the draft. This call is long overdue.
This is the official call for adoption of https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-fluhrer-qr-ikev2/ as an IPSecME
working group (WG) document.
By adopting this draft, the WG is agreeing to take this on as an official WG item to continue work on the draft.
