I don't think so. DNR is something on another service. The IKE server is
just going to support sending the "advertisement" payloads for those. So
an IKE implementation will just implement all the "advertisements"
since they're all pretty trivial, but whether or not to use/send them
completely depends on the configuration/support of the DNR server. So
I don't think it makes sense to use MTI language.
** Section 3.2. Is the RESERVED field 2 or 3 octets? Figure 2 and 3 says two
and the text says three.
I guess two. But a more interesting question is, why are there RESERVED
octets there to begin with ? I don't feel this CP payload would get
extended and instead some new different CP payload would be created if
needed.
