Do you have any specific non-NIST signature algorithms in mind ?
NIST is evaluating 14 candidates for the second round of the Additional
Digital Signatures.

The draft discusses PQC signature algorithms in general but focuses on
ML-DSA and SLH-DSA, as they are the only signature algorithms finalized by
NIST in the first round. I believe the approach can be further generalized
to support future PQC signature algorithms.
