It would be if my server wasn't setting on a DMZ off the firewall. But with all the problems of IM and NAT right now, it's not a workable solution. If I could just configure IM to use an ODBC connection, it would make my life much simpler. I understand IPSwitch wanting to tie IM to Imail as far as users go. It makes sense and I have no problems with that, but I can't think of too many operations out there who don't operate publicly accessible servers on some sort of DMZ with NAT/PAT going on.
