First, let me say that this is an excellent application; setup and administration is fairly easy as well. We are demo-ing it to see if our employees will really use it. Here are a few suggestions I've come up with in the past couple days...
>From prior email to forum: "Contact Properties" drop-down list is not auto-populated. "Contact Properties" do not delete in the IM Server Manager. New items: The "Display Name" feature does not change how the user's name is displayed in the contact list, only once the user is in a conversation. The IM Server Manager must be closed and restarted to save changes AND the users must logoff and back on to receive those changes. There is no "Apply" button on the IM Server Manager and the clients are not automatically updated. For example: user-a is logged in; I create user-b in IM Server Manager; add user-b to public contact list; user-a cannot see updated public contact list until I exit IM Server Manager and user-a logs-off and back on. Cosmetic: user cannot change font (bold, underline, italicize - yes) or font color Thanks.
