As a result of Question #1, I incorrectly entered a Contact Property for user #1. However, when I click on the 'Delete' button, nothing happens. I even tried closing the Instant IM Server Manager app and go back in to the user, but the incorrect contact Property still remains. How can I delete Contact Properties? Thanks!
