I have had reports about this one as well, but it seems if you pull the scrollbar completely to the bottom corner, and ensure nothing is highlighted in the conversation, the text scrolls upwards like it should. We found this as we're testing this system with a speech synthesizer (used by my blind wife) and the first results are rather good. The IIM works brilliantly together, allow a test team of blind people to contact eachother online in real-time.
