Hi all, We are planning to go for IM. To suggest to our management I need some information on sizing for IM. We have Imail server with external database populated with 10,000 users presently, it will increase further. For IM authentication database I am using same IMail server database. 5 years down the line what capacity of the server is required to work IM effectively? Say 1000 users are logged into IM, roughly how much memory it occupies and what capacity of the processor can serve the requests better?
