Hi John Korsak, Thanks for your reply. We are using Imail server database for IM authentication. Intern Imail is pointed to external database(SQL). It is working fine, if we change setting in the registry. But what I feel, it is very difficult to inform all the users to change registry settings. End users don't know anything about these settings. 60min time check is too long, 5 or 3min is ok. Otherwise it should be configurable at the client end. What do you say?

Otherwise, if you check the option you should then be able to edit the information.
