I'm noticing that a few here are still having some troubles with version 1.01. Let me suggest that as well as posting your problems here, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so that all cases are logged and assigned to a technician. We are very interested in getting all these problems solved and will need a bit more information, and this is the best route for you as well as us in support. When sending the email, please include a current syslog file, your network configuration, and your IM server configuration, as well as any other information you feel is pertinent to troubleshooting the situation.
