I am interested in evaluating Ipswitch IM but had a question I though someone could easily answer for me. Our agency is also implementing a portal technology and I would like to know if the IM client is web based and would therefore be able to be easily accessed from the portal. I am trying to avoid have more 32 bit applications running in the background. Thanks for you help.
