I am wondering if anyone at IPSwitch is really seriously reviewing any of
the issues brought forth to them concerning the IPSwitch IM program. If
they have reviewed them; maybe they need to contract the code out to be
repaired? Something sure is amuck with this beta software and for 700 bucks
I'd expect it should work. I have had nothing but problems with the program
since we bought it. Numerous HACKS to force it to partially work.. auto
scrolling message views non functional.. server side help buttons non
functional.. noop drop outs to clients (even with a full T1 2 hops away)..
etc etc.. Although the 'sales' media looks pretty.. the program is poor,
near impossible to implement (in a real world environment), and lacks many
sound ergonomic functionalities.

To say I'm disheartened about the IM experience is mild.. If IPSwitch
considers it complete then please let me know if you would be willing to
just credit the 700 toward future IMail service agreements for our company.
(I'll promptly remove the IIM server software and pass it to the bit
bucket).
