Title: Unsupported encryption
That error is probably due to an Eval copy trying to connect to a purchased copy of IIM Server (or Purchased copy of IIM Client trying to connect to an Eval Server)
 
Get the IIM Client.exe file form the directory where IIM Server is installed and reinstall IIM Client on the PC where you are having problems
This should fix the issue you described.

After installing the client software I received this message when attempting to logon; "unsupported encryption type".  This was on a Windows 98 SE  machine.  I have the product installed on several other W98SE clients without any problems.

Any suggestions?
