Thank you very much for your message. The problem was solved.
I suppose that the problem was in some cookies left in my browser
(Firefox) history.
I've reinstall 2.4.0 version and and successfully login to my IPT
installation from another browser (Google Chrome).
I sucessfully logged in IPT using my usual browser after history
cleaning in it.
Thank you again for your comment and question that helped to find a
solution!
