Following your question, we did a fresh calculation today.

There are currently 19.516 IPv6 blocks allocated or assigned by the RIPE NCC, 
out of which 9.134 (hence, 46.8%) are seen in RIS as announced. 
More specifically, 7.346 of those IPv6 blocks are seen as announced in full and 
1.788 partially.
