Because from the 15th to the 26th September the Google Ad system just stopped 
impressing all of our ads. Well not quite all - 1 or 2 snuck through, which was 
enough to make the percentage reports go nuts! Here's the plot of daily total 
delivered ads for the Netherlands across that last year or so.
