True, but keep something in mind: deploying IPv6 is a huge investment for ISPs, and the reason they don't deploy is because there is no consumer demand, _not_ because there are no apps. Good IPv6 apps MAY trigger demand, and may not. There are two things that are drive ISP (and most other businesses as well) investments: fear and greed. Fear to lose customers if they don't implement a new technology, greed if they see a cash cow on the horizon. WRT IPv6 today there is neither fear nor greed. Fear and greed comes from market feedback, nowhere else.
