Hi,

As people will have noticed, or not when you got a good
virusscanner installed, there was a virus which was just
send to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] apparently coming from Brian,
but of course that is a nice forged mail address.
Respect the viruswriters, they are going to good way
in developing virusses that because of this trick can
circumvent whitelisted senders. Signed email is imho
the way to go, next to the fact that the IETF ML's
should be virusscanned... I guess it is a korean person
who wrote the virus btw, looking at the ^_^ which is
quite common there.

Would the person who is apparently at University of Missouri
be so kind to disinfect his machine?

The worst part is the bounces btw, ~50 unclued mailadmins where
notifiying [EMAIL PROTECTED] of the fact that the above was
a virus message, which had a forged source address... but at
least these products where right in the fact that the list
was the way it was distributed.

Greets,
 Jeroen
