Yep, I'd like to do something like that.  The 'O' flag in 
NAs is the only reason any of this is possible!  The reason I haven't
gone down that path is that I'd like OptiDAD to work with unmodified
routers.  I think it has to if OptiDAD is to be widely deployed.
