Yes, this is my understanding, too, and I think we don't have to
revisit this agreement.  However, at this stage of listing
requirements, I'd rather be open to any possibilities, including
those which could be regarded as a trigger.  In fact, the next stage
where we'll discuss how to implement those, we may reject some of the
requirements if we cannot find any way of realizing them without
breaking the base consensus.
