using only the 3 tuple also loses you some granularity in your ecmp
decision process... I'm not sure it's a good plan to use the flow
label for something it's explicitly not supposed to be used for, and I
don't know that you can get enough granularity with just these 3
pieces of 'randomness' to has flows out across wide ecmp paths.

More data for the hash seems better.
