But that is a completely false argument. The model described in
that draft is 100% consistent with an immutable flow label. In fact
there is nothing in 3697 that prevents ECMP, LAG or the model in
draft-donley-softwire-dslite-flowlabel
The usage models I know of that violate 3697 are documented in
draft-hu-flow-label-cases.
