=> the second is a consequence of the first. BTW I wrote a full ND in
user mode for IPv6 over ATM so you can put any of the many ND functions
where you'd like (:-).

PS: I was the main author of the 'INRIA' IPv6 implementation.
PPS: I had a discussion about where to put the 'interesting' RA functions
with the KAME team. There were no killing arguments from a side, and
as you can find ND in BSD security advisories I still believe I was
not wrong.
