Hi Authors, I have a basic question about the whole premise of the draft. It talks about SEND/CGA and RFC4941 addresses conflicting with network assigned addresses. I would like to note that these proposals (CGA and RFC4941) set bit 6 of the interface identifier (the u/l bit) to 0 and hence should never conflict with network assigned addresses that set this bit to 1. So there theoretically should not be any conflicts here. Can you please clarify?
