I'm not sure if that's politically correct considering what happened regarding CLNP and IPv6 only a few years after 1122 was published. However, it doesn't say anything about this. Neither does RFC 4294, IPv6 Node Requirements, unless it's without using the words "source address", "interface" or "global" and under a very non-obvious heading.
