For that matter Intouch/IPng also gets it's best path over the US...
Did you accidentally drop some peerings?

AS15982 (Verat) is announcing a /48 of yours, odd, they have space of their own.

Policy routing based on source prefix would indeed be a welcome addition
for many people using 'multihomed' networks. Certainly if the upstreams
filter like they should be doing. Personally I would currently stick
to 1 prefix.
