What were the exact commands you used?  It should be something like:

  sanhook iscsi:...... # Hook 20G disk
  sanboot --drive 0x81 --no-describe ..... # Boot WinPE

The important bits are that the drive you want to install to should be hooked 
as drive 0x80 (which is the default), and you must use --no-describe to 
prevent the iBFT for the 20G disk from being clobbered by an iBFT for the 
WinPE disk.
