From the http://ipxe.org/1c056002, it appears that iPXE's IPv4 layer is
rejecting the packets as invalid. You can get some additional
information by either:
- enabling the "ipstat" command (http://ipxe.org/cmd/ipstat), or
- building with DEBUG=ipv4
