>From the picture we see that you're chainloading pxelinux from iPXE. So essentially this is not an issue with iPXE but pxelinux failing. Why not getting that pxelinux stuff out of the way? I am sure iPXE can do all you want to do with pxelinux and much more. Please let us know if you see the same thing happening when loading that XenServer kernel directly from iPXE.
