In version U-Boot 2018.03-rc1 all patches have been merged that are
needed to launch iPXE's snp.efi target and boot from an iSCSI drive on
ARM systems.
The only adjustment necessary in iPXE was disabling CPU nap using
src/config/local/nap.h.
