The new command is default enabled.
    Not sure I understand the comment.

If EFIMAP_CMD is not defined, the efimap command is not included in the build (I am building target bin-x86_64-efi/1af41000.efirom).

i.e. If I remove this #define from general.h, the efimap is not found from the iPXE shell, e.g.:

iPXE> efimap
efimap: command not found

    Please advise or clarify your comment.

Other ideas how to prevent that patches get lost in email traffic are welcome.
