not even an any sign of attempting to answer the good questions
from ErRandir.
But I promised a better response:
The "How can I help you to fix this kind of problem?"
can be answered with "make it rewarding".
And other good ingredient for "How can I help" is being involved.
Be present when others start showing interest in the challenge.
