Again this evening another station mixing with the Lubavitcher, which was as strong on the car radio as I've ever heard it. This second station featured a soft-spoken male and female, and female vocals, slow-tempoed, almost classical-siunding at times. Language sounded like French/Spanish/Italian in cadences but I couldn't get much more Best guess based on fade patterns is that this one is somewhere to the South. What else is on 1710 ??
