The owner of that webpage for the URL is a member of the yahoo SWL group, 
and has frequently mentioned that the webpage is subject to "exceeding data 
transfer limits". The only solution is to wait until later and try again. 
Incidentally the author has done a lot of original research into this type 
of series-tuned preselector--all the data is presented on the webpage. He's 
found that stepping down the impedance, then using the series-tuned circuit, 
works much better. I haven't breadboarded one of the circuits yet, but 
intend to do so "eventually".
