Patrick, Steve asked me whether the "fine tuning" potentiometers were necessary on the phaser. Well tonight there is absolutely no doubt that they are! With the very powerful locals, I have to very carefully coarse tune the phaser, and then equally carefully have to very gently null the local with the fine tuning potentiometers. It does take some practice and a "surgeon's touch"....thank goodness I'm a doctor ;-) !!! I suspected that it would be Wenatchee as well. Sure is neat being able to null our Village 900 down to S5!
