Patrick This picture is definitely NOT Vashon Island (to start with, there aren't any trees). The site you mention is the Radio Sawa site on Cyprus, which H&D designed. If you dig further into their website there's a presentation on the Sawa facility http://www.hatdaw.com/papers/SOCIETY_of_AMERICAN_MILITARY_ENGINEERS.pdf with that same picture on the cover
