Once again on the road over to my son's place about 12 miles SW -- although it usually takes a half hour to do it, tonight was even longer, so DX took priority.
1100 KNZZt CO Grand Junction - Heard news behind WTAM 1820, which briefly popped up with "Newsradio 1100". Both stations were in there and this wasn't WTAM. Nothing else listed with this slogan - this is a bit early for CO, but I've heard KOA this early in the past. Anybody else here use that slogan ? Would be new. 1130 WDFN MI Detroit - in again tonight around 1805 with Big Ten FB talk 1130 KFAN MN Minneapolis - first heard 1833 with ID following Vikings FB promo; then again 1930 with local political spot and ID. This one is new! 1130 WCLWt NC Eden - Sounded like a mix of classic country and country gospel with a garbled call ID 1930. Listed oinly as Southern Gospel. Calls sounded like W-AW. Would be new. 1140 unid Hip Hop group vocals mixing with WRVA 1810. Likely unneeded WJNZ-MI but nothing ID'able 1190 WIXE NC Monroe - local ad and "Wixie" slogan 1826 Not at all bad for a car radio !!
