Neil, I have never spotted them on at night with wrong power/antenna, but I sometimes find WLNO presumably with wrong setup. KKVV comes on at 0500 PT with day rig, and they're gangbusters here (about 500 miles to the NW). You might try then if you have a chance. Mike Hawkins
